Get in at the ground floor of a rapidly growing startup as a Marketing Coordinator. Your primary role will be to ensure that all marketing projects (both internally and for clients) are aligned, hitting deadlines and delivering on our stated goals. Unlike working at a large corporation, you will be getting your hands dirty in many marketing channels as you work directly with the teams responsible for building websites, running ad campaigns, producing written and video content, social media and managing client expectations.

This role is perfect for someone who is obsessed with details and loves building systems to stay organized. You will be working with a team that has decades of experience building companies and marketing strategies.

Position

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing projects are aligned, hitting deadlines, and delivering on stated goals 

There is a career growth path into Marketing or Customer Success Management.

Responsibilities

• Manage communications between all internal and external marketing teams
• Document and measure progress against deadlines and deliverables
• Manage external client communications
• Develop go to market strategies to connect with potential customers.
• Collect and organize marketing assets to ensure they are readily available.
• Search the Internet and other publicly available sources for companies and people.
• Monitor, review and distribute reporting on marketing initiatives as needed. 
• Analyze marketing campaign results and fine-tune campaign configuration.

Requirements

• Excellent written communication skills. Writing is a must.
• 5+ years in any marketing or advertising role is a huge bonus
• Must have good analytical and research skills.
• Good to have domain knowledge of different industries.
• Must demonstrate proficiency with and ability to quickly learn digital tools like Google Docs, Slides, Sheets, Airtable, and other tools as needed
