Position

We are looking for a Customer Success Representative who will manage LeadGen projects with our clients to improve customer retention, increase upsells or referrals by ensuring customer satisfaction.

To satisfy the needs of its clients, Customer Success Representative does market research in the IT area to find companies, people and contacts for B2B Lead Generation activities, communicate to back-office team to coordinate data gathering activities, supervise LeadGen campaigns in email, social networks, and other channels, prepares reports for client and holds regular client’s meetings to discuss results and plan next actions and improvements.

Depending on the communication skills and knowledge there is a growth path to Marketing and/or Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding of company’s business model and products as well as the customers we are typically attract.
  • Learn promoted products features to determine profile (market segment) of potential buyers and competitors;
  • Search internet and other publicly available sources for companies and people satisfying to determined buyer profile;
  • Search for people’s contact information to use in Lead Generation activities – Social Media, email, phones;
  • Extract, transform and load people and contact information into the company’s database;
  • Plan Lead Generation campaigns (channel, script, focus group) and prepare scripts and contacts sets for outreach campaigns;
  • Monitor outreach campaigns to ensure its smooth execution and performance;
  • Tune campaigns to grow open/response/interest rates;
  • Analyze outreach results to change focus companies/people;

Requirements

  • Experience in Lead Generation 1-3 years;
  • Good communication skills in English;
  • Overall knowledge of IT industry; software is advantageous;
  • Good analytical and research skills. Knowledge of various information sources for getting information about companies and people. Knowledge of tools for enrichment and verifying contact information.
  • Good knowledge and experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, Sheet. 
  • Knowledge of Excel/Gsheet formulas is a must. 
  • Experience in scraping and downloading data/information from the internet. Consolidating and cleaning data. 
  • Significant experience in data preparation and manipulation with Excel/Gsheet, preparation reports in Excel/Gsheet.
  • Good design skills and feeling of beauty.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
