Workflows

1. Owner has access all the modules of the SmartLeads application:

  • Subscriptions
  • Workspaces
  • Users
  • Market Segments
  • Contact Database
  • Outreach Campaigns

The Owner is responsible for the following workflows:

Owner -> Registers an Account.

Owner -> Manages subscriptions and billing.

Owner -> Creates and manages Admins.

2. Admin has access to the following modules of the SmartLeads application:

  • Workspaces
  • Users
  • Market Segments
  • Contact Database
  • Outreach Campaigns

The Admin is responsible for the following workflows:

Admin -> Creates Workspaces.

Admin -> Adds new Users (Managers, Members) in each Workspace.

Admin -> Assigns Licenses to users (typically Members act as Senders).

3. Manager has access to the following modules of the SmartLeads application:

  • Users
  • Market Segments
  • Contact Database
  • Outreach Campaigns

The Manager is responsible for the following workflows:

Manager -> Defines market segments.

Manager -> Reviews contact database of Companies and People, View lists, Import and Export Data Records.

Manager -> Manages LinkedIn and Email Campaigns, review recipients, view dashboards and reports.

4. Member has access to the following modules of the SmartLeads application:

  • Market Segments
  • Contact Database
  • Outreach Campaigns

Members work within their respective workspaces and have access to the market segments, contact database, and outreach campaigns. They track their campaigns and communicate with recipients who reply to outreach messages.

Member is responsible for the following workflows:

Member -> Monitors LinkedIn and Email Campaigns within workspaces (track replies, track interested recipients).

Member -> Reviews the campaign progress and the recipient engagement with provided content (open emails, click on links).
