SmartLeads allows user management with clearly defined roles and responsibilities. There are four roles of users in the application.

Owner is the user who created an account in the SmartLeads application. The Owner is managing subscriptions and billing. The Owner creates multiple workspaces, adds users and assigns Admin rights to users. The Owner has access to all functionality available to other roles. The Owner has access to multiple workspaces.
Admin is responsible for user management. A workspace can have more than one Admin. The admin configures a workspace, adds users, and assigns licenses to users. The Owner has access to all other functionality available to Manager and Member roles.
Manager is responsible for defining market segments, reviewing contact database, and configuration of campaigns. A workspace can have one or multiple Managers. The Manager has access to all other functionality available to Members.
Member acts as a sender, reviews campaign progress, and engages with recipients who replied to outgoing communication. There can be multiple Members in a workspace.
