- Workspaces - Allows account admins to create dedicated workspaces. Each workspace houses its own companies, people, contacts, and campaigns.
- Users: Allows account managers to perform multi-level role-based user management. Roles define user access rights to application functionality.
- Market: Allows account managers to manage market segments. Each market segment defines the profiles of targeted companies and people in a particular market segment.
- Company: Allows account managers to access company records from the SmartLeads database.
- People: Allows account managers to access individual records from the SmartLeads database.
- LinkedIn campaigns: Allows account managers to create LinkedIn campaigns, assign people to the campaigns, define the sequence of invites and follow-up messages, and track progress at a granular level.
